Tim represents businesses and individuals in resolving complex business and real estate disputes. Tim has represented publicly traded companies, small and medium-sized businesses, residential and commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, telecommunication companies, and other diverse businesses in the manufacturing, energy, marine, hotel/resort, agricultural, and real estate industries.  

Tim makes it a priority to fully understand the challenges his clients face in their specific business. Tim is an experienced litigator who has handled a wide variety of disputes in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and AAA and FINRA arbitrations, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, land use and development, commercial landlord-tenant issues, eminent domain, and general real estate and property rights issues.   

Tim has lived in the Treasure Coast for nearly three decades and is active in his local community. He resides in Sewall’s Point, Florida with his wife Valerie, and is the proud father of two daughters.

Practice

Business Litigation; Contract Litigation; Real Estate Litigation. Other areas of interest include corporate and shareholder dispute litigation, attorney and accountant malpractice, and claims based on fraud and misrepresentation. Also, extensive experience as counsel for parties in mediation and arbitration and representing parties in appeals. A substantial portion of the practice includes contingency fee work.
